The Kittypet Warrior pt4

Ok, so now you all know how I became a member of ShadowClan. Now, i'll be telling you about whats happing now in the camp.

I wake up next to Icekit. I was still thinking about that weird dream I had. Icekit rolled over my tail and I yowled. "Ah!" Icekit jumped. "Oh, sorry Hawkkit." It had been a few moons since the ceremony, and I was pretty sure on how things were done here. To be an apprentice, you had to be eight moons old. Me and Icekit were about six moons old. We went outside to play. It had rained the night before, so we played with the puddles that were left behind. Icekit and I, we were like sisters. We got along so well, and we weren't even related, but it didn't matter to us, we splashed each other and we played with the water droplets. The wet ground felt uncomfortable sometimes, but it didn't seem to bother Icekit in the least! Ah, well, I would adapt.

When we go to get water from the river, Icekit tells me about all the places that we can go to after we become apprentices. "Hey, Hawkkit, what did your parents look like?" Icekit asked me as we were playing in one of the puddles. "Hm, well, I don't really remember much about my parents. I don't even know their names."

"Do you know what they look like?"

"Yeah. My Mother had red paws and green flecks on her silver-ish pelt."

"She sounds pretty."

"My Father had grey fur like me and had black paws with a white tail."

"I like them. They sound pretty different if they were mixed with any Clan cats."

I looked down at my reflection in the puddle. "I hope that I can find them someday." Icekit sat down ext to me and put her tail on my shoulder. "Well, if you ever do find them, be sure to introduce me to them!" I looked over at her. I smiled. "Ok, I'll be sure to let you know!" We went back to our puddle games until it was time to sleep.

That night, I had a dream of me finding my parents, but I had to leave ShadowClan, and Icekit. I told them that I didn't want to leave my friend, or the Clan, but they took me away anyway.

I woke up and looked around. I was still in the ShadowClan nursery with Icekit and Tallpoppy. I breathed a sigh of relief. 'I hope that I never have to leave my best friend. Ever.'
